Project: 2,200 SF addition and whole house makeover of existing 2,400 SF Cape Cod Style Home

An older 1930's vintage Cape Cod was sadly showing it's age. Roofing, windows and siding were all replaced taking great care to stay within the original architect's design intent.

At the same time the existing one-car garage was demolished and replace by a new four-car one with adjacent mudroom. A new master bed-room suite was added above this.

Flagstone paving was added to the new patio and a curved beam and open trellis supported by Doric-style columns is planned to finish the look in the near future.
